Jim Schmitz grew up in Sauk Rapids, just across the street from The Villages of CreekSide and now raises his family in Sartell. He began his building/development career with his father, Ralph Schmitz, 14 years ago. Ralph has been instrumental in molding Jim into not only a successful businessman, but also a person of faith, ethics and good morals. During the past 14 years, Jim has been involved in more than 40 developments in a total of four states and has constructed more than $170 million in real estate. Jim has always had a vision and the drive to bring innovation to his industry by thinking outside the box. The Villages of CreekSide are a prime example of that vision.
